I work here so of course I am byis. Great place to bump into neighbors, friend's, family's, and finally bit of shopping while the pharmacy fills your prescription. Don't forget the all important candy bar on the way out.
After calling Kinney Rx, I felt like I was an inconvenience for asking when I could pick up my medication. "Linda" told me they couldn't fill it because they were "busy", and I'd have to wait. I have no problem with being patient with Kinney Pharmaceutical employees as many of us have no choice to be. The problem I have is the lack of genuine customer care and customer service provided by the "Linda's" of Kinney's across the Northern area. Why am I, the customer, not the first priority? Why is treating loyal, paying customers like an inconvenience acceptable? It's a shame, because Lowville's Kinney Pharmaceutical team does have numerous top notch customer service representatives, depending on the day you chose to visit. The moral high ground act only works when the victim is unaware and oblivious to retail standards, not the case here.
I have always received top notch service from the entire staff at Kinneys in Lowville. If I had any inconvenience at all, it was from my own doing. Thanks people.
Best place to stop for drug store anything. Friendly employees, pharmacy staff will answer any questions.
