Very good food and nice staff. They are open 7 days a week. They also delivery.
Must say while i don't live in the area or the state, i grew up enjoying mr subs. When in town the last few times over the years I've seen a decline from customer service and overall satisfaction of the place i once enjoyed regularly. Hopefully my next visit the place will have improved.
The food is tasty and the prices are good. My only issue is the WINGS. When my family ordered 2 dozen mild wings, we received them all stuffed in a box which was put in a plastic bag. Which is fine, except when I returned home and opened the box, ALL of the sauce was in a puddle and none of it on the actual wings. So we received 2 dozen plain wings with a cup of mild sauce in the bottom....
Great customer service and great subs
This place is nothing but a bunch of liars who have serious customer service issues. Regardless of how their food tastes they should not treat customers the way they do. When they mess up they blame it on someone who worked during a different shift and tell you to kick rocks. They round up the price of items on a receipt just to make it easier numbers for them to add. My receipt came out to one number and they wrote a different number underneath it and charged me for what they wrote instead of what they rung up on the register. Eat at the expense of your dignity.
