Unfortunately, the world has become acidic in which non-customers and others in an attempt to smear my business name, for no reason other than possibly jealousy and/or who knows why. In contacting Google I was informed everyone is "entitled to freedom of speech" even if it's not true, therefore false reviews will not be removed. I know we now live in an age where people can make fake names and smear others, but at some point karma will serve you a dish you may wish not to eat.
